Jim, what exactly did you do? That is pretty impressive. Short of depression induced by heartbreak, I don't know of any effective weight loss strategies.

Jim, it's basic math. Subtract more calories from your body than you add.
Subtraction occurs thru a combination of basal metabolic rate (the calories needed to sustain your body) and exercise.
But don't create too hogh of a negative caloric balance (more than 500 calories a day is not a good idea)
