I graduated college in 1999, just before tech suits took over the world. I have never worn anything other than an old school Speedo (and a wetsuit for open water.)
A friend of mine has pretty much convinced me to try it out at Nationals this weekend since it is my first and last chance. He gave me his suit to wear, so it's free.
Any thoughts? Are most of you wearing tech suits, or going old school?

I think you should try it. If nothing else, you will be able to have some insight on the question when the issue comes up again in a couple of years and USA swimming and FINA long for the days when swimming and the "suits" were front page news.
One thing - try it out before this weekend. You have a different feel in the water, especially in breaststroke.
