I live in the Springfield, Ma area and I've been jonsing for some outdoor swimming. Does anyone know of any decent outdoor lap pools within reasonable driving distance? 50 m would be preferable, but 25 y or 25 m would be fine.
I believe there are 2 outdoor pools in Windsor, CT but I have never swam in them so I couldn't say whether they are a good place to go or not but some info (when they open, directions, schedules) on them can be found here if you are interested: www.townofwindsorct.com/.../index.htm
The High School also has an outdoor pool, or at least it did when I went there . . . not sure why it is not listed.
