Swim Options for Toronto

I have an upcoming work related trip to Toronto. Does anyone know of any teams that swim near the downtown area? I would hate to resort to the hotel pool.

Don't know how far/long from downtown to Etobicoke, but i had a good experience at the Etobicoke Olympium last may.
