swam my first ever 1hr postal this morning and was able to do 5,000. It was actually kinda fun, but I admit, I kinda got bored after the first mile. How does distance stack up for a 43yr old?
I did my Hour Swim on Thursday. I'm sure glad I did it Thursday and didn't wait until the weekend. Everything is closed here due to the winter storm. I can't say that I enjoy the swim, but I have a great feeling of accomplishment when I finish.
