I've been searching all over, and I can't find any jammers for gals available on the internet. Doesn't anyone make them or sell them specially made to fit a women's figure? It appears that jammers are only made for men, however, tonight I got a request from a 12 year old to get her some sleeker, narrower or thinner boardshorts to wear in the school pool. So I thought maybe jammers would fit the bill, but none are available except in men's styles. So if anyone knows of where I can find jammers specifically made for gals, please let me know. Jammers - I put them under my "normal" women's training Speedo to turn it into a knee suit. I used to wear women's UnderArmor compression shorts but men's jammer swimwear (poly) last much longer and there is no noticeable difference in appearance or function. Plain old basic black./QUOTE]
Good idea, about wearing boy's jammers under girls one-piece Speedo racers. Will give it a try, since it should be less bulky and cheaper than the padded tri-shorts? As an alternative, sent her off to school with girls "boy cut" nylon shorts to wear in the pool today. So will see how that went? Thanks
Note: board shorts made of polyester absorb lots of water and tend to weigh you down as you swim or do precision swim maneuvers.
