I was just wondering, how many of you typically enter the maximum number of events that you can? I always do. One of our new coaches wants us to try and focus more on our "stronger events" and skip the other events. I usually like to see how well I might do in a event I haven't done in awhile.
Um, that wasn't lactate intollerance. That was dehydration, poor nutrition, electrolyte imbalance, sunspots, gravitational fluctuations, heavy water and a hangnail. At no time was lactate a factor.
I LOVE the hangnail excuse.
But to be clear, these do not constitute excuses for AquaBonkity to weasel out of his upcoming naked 200 fly. I think that should be the 5th event of the day as well. :angel:
