50m-pool workouts wanted

Summer means swimming in a 50m outdoor pool. Am looking for 60-minute, around 2300m workouts involving all strokes for a strong, non-competitive 55+, female swimmer. Can anyone share?

No need to categorize as competitive v. noncompetitive! :) Basic ideas: 3 {300m, descend) 20 x 50m 200 or 400 IM, 100-300 free between reps kick sets Some all-out short distances with good rest between reps. Work on perfect technique, try to maintain over mid-distance. Use sun block.
  • I post my workouts in the blog section. I am a 53 year old female who swims an hour to an hour and a half per workout. I usually go 3,000 to 3,500 but you could cut-out or shorten whatever you wanted. You could change the intervals to your liking too. Have fun, I do!
