FINA Ruling- Cliff notes

Speedo LZR - ok B70- screwed royally Jaked/TYR- Split decision I can't find this part though, have they announced they will NOT ratify WR's set in the newly "illegal" suits? Or are we just assuming this? First, FINA has not yet said they are not going to ratify. Second, they specifically told me that they will never release a specific "banned" list. It's not really fair to a manufacturer to do that, when they can still resubmit.
