I can't find this part though, have they announced they will NOT ratify WR's set in the newly "illegal" suits? Or are we just assuming this?
First, FINA has not yet said they are not going to ratify. Second, they specifically told me that they will never release a specific "banned" list. It's not really fair to a manufacturer to do that, when they can still resubmit.
Hmm, 'not approved for sanctioned competition' ...... 'banned' ........
The only difference is that it took more words to say the first one. The net result is the same.
