I am curious how many of you do two beat kicks? Are there any other world champions beside Manaudou who did two beat kicks? Also curious whether Manaudou does two beat kick in backstroke??
I get the 2-beat kick in free, but not the 4-beat kick in backstroke.
I have always assumed that when people say "4-beat kick" they mean a 3/1 pattern.
