I am curious how many of you do two beat kicks? Are there any other world champions beside Manaudou who did two beat kicks? Also curious whether Manaudou does two beat kick in backstroke??
Does that mean, L arm and L leg go down together (or R arm and R leg)? How do you keep from rolling over?
One uses the opposite arm and leg, so it's right arm, left leg, then left arm and right leg. I use a 2 beat kick when swimming easy.
