Lack of readership shouldn't discourage anyone from blogging. They're a great way to keep track of progress, and can be much easier than the flog section which has a very small window for typing in entries. While I use the FLOG for my actual workouts and times, I then blog about my thoughts during the workout and mention some highlights of the practice. I have no idea if anyone is that interested in how much stuff some guy brings to the pool with him, or the strange looks I get from those skinny-minny gym rats, but hey it gets it out of my system and stops me boring my husband about it all! (ahem....actually probably no-one is interested as I don't get many readers:blush:)
