Blog Talk Blog Talk is a thread to recoginize, discuss, share, stuff happening in the USMS blogs, here on the general forums. Please point out certain sets, certain swims, & meet performances. Rather than have the blogs languish in obscurity.   • Thanks for initiating this thread Ande! There are so many different blogs over there, it is almost overwhelming. And some seem to take on a life of their own, with a single blog post generating 30+ comments. I try to keep up with about 5 other blogs, but I'll usually take a look at most when I'm home/in the office. Even though I don't comment on many, I do get some great ideas from all the different blogs we have here. I see maintaining my own blog as a way to track my progress. Sure I like getting comments, but it is also great to go back a month or more and see how things have (hopefully) improved. This is also a great way for the, "middle of the pack," crowd to find out what each other are doing. Some of us who aren't all that fast swimmers, but still like at least a little virtual competition. While the super-fast folks will usually go to Nationals, most of the not-as-fast won't. Lately, my blog seems to be more about running, but I promise to get in some swim workouts soon!
