Blog Talk Blog Talk is a thread to recoginize, discuss, share, stuff happening in the USMS blogs, here on the general forums. Please point out certain sets, certain swims, & meet performances. Rather than have the blogs languish in obscurity.   • If you are swimming on your own - or find you have zillions of questions about how to get faster while training in a masters program that is not actively coached or competitive... Look through the blogs and find a few to follow. I look through them all now and then, but it can be overwhelming to stay on top of more than a couple. I actually subscribe to the few I follow so that they drop in on my email and I don't forget to look at the current post. I tried to find the few that focused on my own needs and goals as a swimmer and a coach. I can honestly say that these 4-5 blogs kept me inspired and focused for the past 10 months of training and coaching. Excellent resource. Spread the word...
