University of Washington is cutting both their men's and women's swimming programs. I hope that the people who do their Masters training there aren't affected. Usually, it's the men's program that gets cut. But, here, they cut both of the swimming programs.

Revenue, expenses, etc. for every NCAA school can be found here:http://ope.ed.gov/athletics/
Holy cow, the nirvana of sport's figures. I could get obsessed by this site.
Of note - it does not appear to include facility expenses and may only include game day expenses. Did you notice that it costs $46K per football participant and $8K per swimming participant? And, football expenses are 3 times all other sports combined (excluding basketball)? A few schools I looked at showed that expenses for football were the exact same amount as revenue, which of course is not remotely possible to be to the penny. Fishy accounting.
This is a great website and shows exactly how out of whack things are.
