I don't really think the question is "are the suits making a difference" anymore. It's obvious that the suits make some impact on times - the bigger question is when will it stop?! Have swim suits reached their technological end point, or is their still more that can be accomplished (new fabric technology, stitching techniques)? It will be nice when we can get back to watching the raced without a 10 minute dialogue on new suits!
