Looks like we might know the details in the next few days. Should be interesting. DUBAI, United Arab Emirates -- The head of swimming's governing body predicted Wednesday "a step forward" in rules governing high-performance suits used in setting more than 100 world records in the past year. FINA president Mustapha Larfaoui gave no details of decisions that could be made during a three-day executive meeting beginning Thursday, but his comments suggested that the organization would follow through with recommendations last month to place limits that include suits' thickness and buoyancy...     Hulk makes a good point, D2. You should go to Fresno so you can experience swimming, it might open your eyes a bit. Naw, he would have to put up with too many modern things to get there. He would whine the whole time about advancements in life.
