Looks like we might know the details in the next few days. Should be interesting. DUBAI, United Arab Emirates -- The head of swimming's governing body predicted Wednesday "a step forward" in rules governing high-performance suits used in setting more than 100 world records in the past year.     Hey thewookiee Using a so called low drag suit to purportedly swim faster is not competitive swimming, it's competitive spending. Dolphin 2 Actually, it is competitive swimming. The suit of choice for a swimmer, is just one of the many things that goes into that swimmers preparing for a meet. But since you only noodle around a pool, we shouldn't expect you to understand what goes into preparing for races.
