Looks like we might know the details in the next few days. Should be interesting. DUBAI, United Arab Emirates -- The head of swimming's governing body predicted Wednesday "a step forward" in rules governing high-performance suits used in setting more than 100 world records in the past year.     Galen- What the hell are you talking about? Karen, Your previous post flushed his gripes about the suits down the drain. Now, he is just ranting to rant. He doesn't understand the side of competitive swimming, so he makes pointless comments that have no backing.
