Looks like we might know the details in the next few days. Should be interesting. DUBAI, United Arab Emirates -- The head of swimming's governing body predicted Wednesday "a step forward" in rules governing high-performance suits used in setting more than 100 world records in the past year. FINA president Mustapha Larfaoui gave no details of decisions that could be made during a three-day executive meeting beginning Thursday, but his comments suggested that the organization would follow through with recommendations last month to place limits that include suits' thickness and buoyancy... Yep, the tech suit qualifies. You can use academic "Literalspeak" reasoning such invoking the technical definition of much overused words, but that doesn't change the real issue in this discussion. :blah: However, if glorifying your overhyped, over-priced swim suit gives you a warm feeling of confidence and contentment, then maybe ignorant bliss is in fact a good thing afterall. :2cents: Dolphin 2
