USMS stickers

I believe the difference is... The decals are the "static cling" window decals. They go on the inside of the car window and stay on with static (no adhesive). They are 2.5 inches wide and 4.5 inches high. The stickers are the same design, size, and shape. But they have adhesive on the back side. So they wouldn't be appropriate for a car window - they'd be used on a notebook or something like that. See the attached photo for a picture of the static cling decal in my car window. As far as ordering goes, if I were just going to order a small quantity (let's say 2), I'd put a dollar bill in an envelope and mail it to Tracy along with a note that I wanted two of the static cling decals, and she could keep the change. (And she would love it if I enclosed a self-addressed envelope.)
