Everyone needs at least one USMS sticker on their car. I'm not trying to steer anybody away from them, and I hope you'll buy some USMS merchandise.
But I found some neat swimming stickers and magnets at a local triathlon store. I bought a bunch of them. (My rule is that once my car is over 10 years old, it's fair game for bumper stickers and such. It now looks like a rolling advertisement for swimming.)

Do I call her and tell her I want to order her some or just mail a check with my request and wait? What is the difference between a decal and a sticker I've never understood it? (might be a dumb question)
I believe the difference is...
The decals are the "static cling" window decals. They go on the inside of the car window and stay on with static (no adhesive). They are 2.5 inches wide and 4.5 inches high.
The stickers are the same design, size, and shape. But they have adhesive on the back side. So they wouldn't be appropriate for a car window - they'd be used on a notebook or something like that.
See the attached photo for a picture of the static cling decal in my car window.
As far as ordering goes, if I were just going to order a small quantity (let's say 2), I'd put a dollar bill in an envelope and mail it to Tracy along with a note that I wanted two of the static cling decals, and she could keep the change. (And she would love it if I enclosed a self-addressed envelope.)
Would we get the "new" logo, or the one in the thumbnail of the message above?
According to my "sources", they haven't made arrangements to have new stickers printed yet. So for now you'd get the old logo.
