I'll be there at least from July 23-26 (maybe a bit longer) and again around Aug 3 for a day or two.
There appears to be a 50m pool by the Clonarf DART station, but I don't think it's open to the public.
Any other places with 25m or 25y pools that are open to the public and near DART or Louas lines or otherwise accessible from the city center via public transit?
And if I want to swim in the Irish Sea, where can I go?
I was there in October for the marathon and the only pool I saw was at the Westwood Club in Clontarf. I didn't actually swim there, but did see the pool and it's beautiful! Here's the web site for the gym, maybe they could do some sort of trial membership. There's also a list of swimming links on the pool page of the web site.
