I've started tapering in the last few days for a meet in a couple of weeks and am finding that my appetite has increased. Is this typical? I've wondered if perhaps my appetite was suppressed when I was training hard. Perhaps I have more time to realize how hungry I am?
I am curious to hear if others have experienced an increased appetite on a taper.
I've got to watch it or else I'll be sinking in the pool at Auburn and Fort will make me look even worse than I had already anticipated.
