If true, he seems to have a habit of screwing up in the very next Novembers after Olympics...

This is not a real news story. He tested positive many years ago when steroids were legal and everyone was using them. Big whoop.
Fort, I don't know because the sample was from 2003 and it was hidden from everyone where other players get raked over the coals for their alleged drug use. It is odd that steroids didn't change A-Roid's appearance like Barry Bonds. When you see Bonds from his Pittsburgh Pirates days, it is like it is a different person.
