are we sure that's Phelps?
If true, he seems to have a habit of screwing up in the very next Novembers after Olympics...
anyone here from the UK? How reputable is "news of the world"?
How could he be so careless?
Seriously? Millions that he so rightly deserved? Look, it's not like he found a cure for cancer. He reaped the benefits of living in a society that richly rewards its sports superstars (not to mention its CEOs) and was showered with endorsements. And if he loses any money out of this deal, there's no reason to go looking for the guy with the camera phone. Just look in the mirror.
He did get alot of people watching NBC this in the middle of the summer. Plus, viewership went up compared to Athens viewership. Although NBC should have cut him a check, he did deserve millions unlike those courtless banking executive who got bonuses for destroying their companies.
