Pace charts

HI, I am sure that this has already been covered, but I am having trouble locating it. That and the fact that I am mathematically challenged and can't count past a 500, but that is neither here nor there. I am interested in pace charts for my personal use for the days that I can't make it to an organized workout. Any links to one for SCM/SCY? Thanks I appreciate it.

  • I know it's more math but if you know the pace you want to hold in SCY then to find the same per-100 pace in SCM add 10% (and then I usually round up). So 1:20 -> 1:30 1:30 -> 1:40 1:40 -> 1:50 1:50 -> 2:05 2:00 -> 2:15 and so on, if you're in the 1:15 to 1:40 per-100 pace in SCY then it's pretty safe to just add 10 seconds per-100 for SCM. If slower then add 15. This is just an approximation but it should be pretty close.
