    Nystrand's 46.03 in the 100 free wasn't too shoddy, either. Only 20 hundredths of a second off his world record. And, I didn't know about it until I looked at the line up for the 50 free, but Roland Schoeman broke the SCM WR in September, in Johannesburg and it now stands at 20:64!
