Nystrand's 46.03 in the 100 free wasn't too shoddy, either. Only 20 hundredths of a second off his world record.
And, I didn't know about it until I looked at the line up for the 50 free, but Roland Schoeman broke the SCM WR in September, in Johannesburg and it now stands at 20:64!
Kirk posted a decent time in the 100. I thought she was done. Anyone know what her plans are? Going through Worlds? 2010? 2011? London?
Hell for that matter what's up with Jessica Hardy? Banned but not banned? Nothing on the FINA site
