I swim for excercising my back after a surgery. I would like to make my work out a little harder and I am considering getting zoomers. I am not a strong competitive swimmer. Can you help decide between sillicone and rubber zoom fins? What are pluses and minuses of each?

Come to think of it I think my surgery was L5-S1 too. It was 16 years ago.
I believe I have the plain old Zoomers by Zoomer. I didn't know there were so many makers of Zoomers! I just tried them on until they felt right and bought that size. They have never fallen off and I don't get blisters, so they must be the right fit.
