I swim for excercising my back after a surgery. I would like to make my work out a little harder and I am considering getting zoomers. I am not a strong competitive swimmer. Can you help decide between sillicone and rubber zoom fins? What are pluses and minuses of each?

How long after your back surgery? I would suggest (and this is only my opinion) that you talk with your doctor/physical therapist prior to adding the zoomers to your workout...All the best, and I hope you are recovering well!
My surgery was 2 years ago. My back feels a lot better since I began swimming 6 months ago.
