I'm curious what everyone's opinion is with regard to the best time to hold Master's Swim practice? Morning, noon, night, etc?

My team has morning and evening workouts. Generally speaking the morning workouts are better attended (there are fewer). I swim at night because like ImSpoiled I don't like getting out of bed early but now I am on the road on my way to work about 15 minutes into the am practice. :violin:
Variety is good if possible.
I am debating right now whether or not to do the pm practices as well. I am holding the a.m. practices, but a lot of people that have been interested in the program are complaining that it is too early and want to see practices in the p.m. However, the issue with that is I only have a 4 lane 25 yard pool to work with an a growing swim team that needs the pool at night...issues issues issues....thoughts?
