I think I have a problem. My right side of upper body feels more fatigued after workout than left side. It's allmost every muscle. I can fell it in especially *** and back muscles.
Have you had same problem? Any tips?
Thanks.

He just thought the strong arm works better underwater and that you have better control. He always insisted bilateral breathing was to be done for 50 yards during warm up. Our warm up was 450 yards of varied strokes and kicking front and back without a kick board. He had us kick against the wall for 10 minutes front and back also. We pulled every day with bands on our ankles about 200 yards. Lots of kick a length swim a length. You must remember we only swam 3 strokes until the 50s.
We did lots of sprints under water and he did not care if we jumped of the bottom and do a porpoise type thing.
After workout we played corner tag for an hour. Even our senior swimmers did this.
