I think I have a problem. My right side of upper body feels more fatigued after workout than left side. It's allmost every muscle. I can fell it in especially *** and back muscles.
Have you had same problem? Any tips?

My old coach had everyone who was right handed breathing on the left.
What was his reasoning behind this? I am right handed and breathe to the right. I also drift to my right, which, now that I think about it, may have been his reasoning!
