I think I have a problem. My right side of upper body feels more fatigued after workout than left side. It's allmost every muscle. I can fell it in especially *** and back muscles.
Have you had same problem? Any tips?

I can breathe on both sides but I breathe mostly on the left side. I am against bilateral breathing. I do a little bilateral breathing just to make sure I am balanced but that is very limited.
I breathe on the left it is my weak side. I have much more power from the right so I use the right side underwater when I breathe.
My old coach had everyone who was right handed breathing on the left.
