In order for me to do the entry forms, I have to follow the order listed based on what column I am on for that meet. The column changes each meet so that the order always changes. When I do the standard OMS entry forms, I have another chart I have to use. But if the meet is a Zone meet, I have to use the form I posted earlier.
By one person in the Oregon LMSC doing the entry forms, we don't get duplicate order of events across meets and the entry forms are uniform. Since coming here, I have noticed since each meet director has his or her own order of events and does their own entry forms, the order of events tend to be less inviting to majority of the swimmers and the entry forms are not all the same.
