  • What about butterfly/breaststrokers? 200 fly immediately followed by 100 br; then, the next day, 100 fly immediately followed by 50 br with the 200 br only a few events before. I'm definitely going, but I guess I'll only be doing breaststroke. I don't think I could do a 200 fly and then a 100 *** back to back and do my best. Maybe mixed it up, drop one breaststroke and do a fly event.
