I recently injured my foot doing something really stupid. It seems to have the least amount of pain if I can keep the arch taped up. Good old athletic tape doesn't have what it takes to survive in the swimming pool. Does anyone have any ideas of another kind of tape that I could use? I thought about duct tape, but I wasn't sure if I would ever be able to get the sticky residue off of my foot.
if you still want to use Duck/Duct tape, get some pre-wrap and pre wrap your foot. You may need a hacksaw to get the tape job off, but at least you know it will be solid.
