I recently injured my foot doing something really stupid. It seems to have the least amount of pain if I can keep the arch taped up. Good old athletic tape doesn't have what it takes to survive in the swimming pool. Does anyone have any ideas of another kind of tape that I could use? I thought about duct tape, but I wasn't sure if I would ever be able to get the sticky residue off of my foot.
Yes - J & J makes a waterproof tape that comes in white and blue plastic cylinders @ 1/2" and 1" sizes; available in any drugstore. It definitely stays on in the water - I have used if for years - and peels off afterwards with no residue!
