Clovis in 09??

So, now that we are on the countdown to May 09 - who is coming and what do you plan to swim? This will be my first US Master's National meet, and it happens to be happening in my back yard (at least very close to where I grew up and swam USA club). Over is San Luis Obispo now, but it's a short hop, skip, and jump over the foothills to Clovis!

  • Ok I freely admit to being an idiot but aren't there tons of USS meets held all over the country with the same or more kids than a USMS nationals would ential? I keep hearing there are no pools on the east coast...am I missing something here? Geek...what's the situation in North Carolina? As everyone knows many of us would like to pay a visit to your backyard so you can have us all over for a BBQ. Paul, The issue isn't that there aren't facilities (at least in the DC area) that can run dual course SCY, it's that the ones that can, don't either have a) the deck space or b) the seperate warmup/down area. It seems that warmup/down areas are not as important to PVS as they are to USMS :toohurt: I wonder why???
