So, now that we are on the countdown to May 09 - who is coming and what do you plan to swim?
This will be my first US Master's National meet, and it happens to be happening in my back yard (at least very close to where I grew up and swam USA club). Over is San Luis Obispo now, but it's a short hop, skip, and jump over the foothills to Clovis!
There is a sweet new high tech pool in RTP, about 3 hours from here that is getting rave reviews. I haven't seen this place in person so can't comment as to whether it could hold a big national meet.
It is very nice, indoor 50m pool (fast) with 25yd warmup pool. VA had our (USA-S) Senior Champs meet there. Lots of deck room for everyone. I don't think there would be any problem having USMS nationals there.
