So, now that we are on the countdown to May 09 - who is coming and what do you plan to swim?
This will be my first US Master's National meet, and it happens to be happening in my back yard (at least very close to where I grew up and swam USA club). Over is San Luis Obispo now, but it's a short hop, skip, and jump over the foothills to Clovis!
As of right now, Ga Tech is the sole bidder for the 2010 USMS SCY Nationals.
They actually *officially* put in a bid?
That is good news, word 'round the campfire is that GA Tech has a very fast pool.
If they get the event (shoo-in?) then everybody and their dog can get there. Hotlanta has the busiest airport in the world and Delta has partnerships with many other large airlines. 2010 would be a well-attended Nationals methinks.
