I am involved in masters wim team afternoons but coach is mostly devoted to large group of hs swimmers etc-which is at the same time our group is practicing. for most part we (not many people show up everyday) are on our own.
Then there is another club swim at 5:30am definitely no other groups-more coach attention.
SDhould i go with the morning session?
or should i give another week and see?
thanks Rob

i suppose that depends on what you want out of a practice. if you are looking to correct your strokes and develop an interactive relationship with your coach, then you should move your time. if you are looking for a convenient time to swim and are pretty self-driven so long as you have a 3x5 index card with a workout on it, then stay where you are.
