Strand(60-64) 33.41 50 *** 1:15 100 ***. Between them 6 world records Marshall 1, Guthrie 2 and Strand 3. There are plenty more so add to the thread!!!!!
for well over 10 MINUTES. At age EIGHTY THREE!!!! Phu-leeze, I'm 41 and I ain't swimming 2Fly LCM, SCY or even in a backyard pool.
So he can swim what ever he wants. If not at USMS Nationals, then where?
Amen to that. I summoned all of my courage to swim the 100 fly LCM at 55 years younger. I do believe that Doug enters the 200 fly at every Nationals and always gets DQ'd. I sure as heck am not entering that event any time soon. So power to him. I hope he gets through that swim legally!
