So I'm assuming since people were doing this at trials that it's legal to wear two caps at a masters meet right? Although I wouldn't really want to, one is bad enough.
I was wondering at trials if it had to do with tv and logos and all. Phelps would wear his "CW" cap in prelims but put another cap on top for semis and finals. I thought it might have been that the "CW" was too distracting and nbc (or speedo or someone) requested him to wear a solid cap or something. The cap he put on top looked like just a regular cap to me so I thought it odd that if he was wearing two for speed reasons that he'd not put the "CW" on top of the other.
