I'm looking for a training book that is up to date on the latest techniques and training methods. Any suggestions?

My personal favorite is Swimming Fastest, by Ernest Maglischo. Be warned...it's a big-a$$ed book and has a ton of info you might not ever need. I also like Championship Swimming by Bill Sweetenham, a former AUS Olympic coach. Go to Amazon.com and you can probably look at the table of contents and even exerpts to see if they are what you are looking for.
