I like his attitude. He could never be a USMS swimmer. Too much whining here about everything.

Agree with the whining comment but the " I would not wear it" is plain stupid and also not truthfull.
If the suits (LZR and others) give even a 1/10th advantage, he would be wearing it + making a nice sponsorship deal with it.

I am sure he would rather do that - but the fact of the matter is that some guy went 21.28 -- that is more than 1/2 a second faster than Popov ever did outside his famous time trial swim.
