Suits don't win races, swimmers do. I think that is Popov's point. Sure there is a difference in suits. But Tyr has a new suit too. No one's really used it yet. I spoke to an NCAA Div 1 head coach and he says the Tyr is just as fast as the LZR.
But who knows for sure? I don't care. The suit is legal by FINA.
Income tax is apparently legal too as Wesley Snipes discovered. So we deal with it and do our best to work within the system we have.
