In college we had only one bathroom on the floor where the organic chemistry lab was (I was a chemistry major). If you were doing an experiment and had to use the bathroom, you went into the only place available, regardless of who was in there. Among the science nerds, not ruining an experiment by taking too long away from it was more important than modesty. It got to the point that no one even looked twice at whoever else was in there. Ah, the good old days...
